Digitizing paperwork

Reverse Logistic Department where the scanners were deployed is processing high quantity of units on daily basis.

All the units which are coming to Ingram are accompanied with unique printed documents containing a lot of texts and numbers which must be often put into our systems.

This task of course requires high level of focus and may consume substantial portion of time.

Errors are highly unpleasurable taking into account price of the units we deal with.

The scanners we obtained are very comfortable and easy to operate. Just scan the text from delivery note, service report or other documents and the text will be transferred to the digital form immediately.

The tool allows direct connection to multiple environments like for example an internal reverse logistic tool URLS, generic or native translators, mailboxes and others.

Dealing with long unstructured texts written often in foreign languages or even different alphabets should consume significantly less time and be more precise than ever.

The scanners also have another features like a loud reading of scanned text which could be helpful as well.

During the all the scanning process we follow a strict data protection rules.

We expect these scanners may be deployed to other departments as well.

Our teams work permanently to keep Ingram Micro Slovakia head-to-head with the best world players in logistic business.
